CRISPLD2 (Cysteine-Rich Secretory Protein LCCL Domain-Containing 2) is a secreted glycoprotein studied for its role in extracellular matrix organization, craniofacial development, and modulation of LPS-triggered inflammatory responses in airway and connective tissues. Research applications include investigations into asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, fibrotic airway remodeling, and the molecular basis of cleft palate.

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is built for the human CRISPLD2 protein and is supplied as a complete kit containing pre-coated plate strips, lyophilized reference standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. A single kit supports 96 individual determinations arranged across the included microplate. The enzymatic end-point produces a measurable absorbance change on a standard plate reader, and the workflow follows conventional incubation and wash steps suited to translational and basic research laboratories.

For specimen collection, the assay accommodates a broad range of human research sample matrices including cleared liquid fractions from blood collection tubes, tissue homogenate supernatants, and cell culture supernatants. Aliquot samples before storage and keep them frozen for long-term preservation; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve analyte integrity. Reconstituted reagents should be stored refrigerated when not in use and equilibrated to room temperature before each run.
