Human Cystatin 6 (CST6) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human Cystatin 6 (CST6) ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of Cystatin E/M, a 16 kDa secreted cysteine cathepsin inhibitor linked to tumour invasion and epidermal differentiation. The kit enables detection of CST6 protein in human samples using a capture antibody specific to the CST6 sequence, with results generated by a standard microplate reader. Each kit contains a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection reagent, standard calibrators, and chromogenic substrate sufficient for 96 individual determinations.
