Human CYSLTR2/Cysteinyl Leukotriene Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA Kit built on a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of Cysteinyl Leukotriene Receptor 2 (CYSLTR2/CysLTR2) in human samples. The product is intended for research applications exploring the role of CysLTR2 in inflammatory responses, where dysregulation of the receptor has been implicated in conditions such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, and inflammatory bowel disease.

Accepted sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL with an analytical range of 0.313–20 ng/mL, and reagents should be stored at 2-8°C where they remain stable for 12 months. Reported linearity for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions spans 80–101%, while spiked recovery averages between 91% and 98% across the same matrices.

The workflow proceeds as follows: equilibrate reagents and the TMB substrate to room temperature and load standards, samples, and controls onto the pre-coated plate; incubate at 37°C for 90 minutes for primary antigen binding; add the biotin-labelled detection antibody and incubate for 60 minutes; incubate with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes; develop colour with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes; add stop solution; and read absorbance at 450 nm immediately.
