Human CYSLTR1/Cysteinyl Leukotriene Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

A high-quality colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Cysteinyl Leukotriene Receptor 1 (CYSLTR1). The assay is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CYSLTR1 is a key receptor in the leukotriene pathway with a critical role in inflammatory responses and allergic reactions, and its dysregulation has been linked to asthma, allergic rhinitis, and inflammatory bowel diseases.

The kit employs a sandwich ELISA, double antibody format with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a standard range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was demonstrated for serum (n=5) at 87-102%, 88-99%, and 80-97%; EDTA plasma (n=5) at 85-97%, 83-101%, and 84-96%; heparin plasma (n=5) at 88-99%, 83-95%, and 81-98%. Recovery was 87-105% (average 94%) for serum, 86-105% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-105% (average 96%) for heparin plasma (n=5 each).
