Human CYP1B1 ELISA Kit

Developed by Assay Genie for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CYP1B1 concentrations, this Sandwich ELISA kit employs a double-antibody detection format and is supplied for research use only. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, and targets Cytochrome P450 1B1 — a heme-thiolate monooxygenase of the cytochrome P450 family that metabolises steroids, fatty acids, and xenobiotics (UniProt Q16678). According to the manufacturer, the kit is stored at 4°C for 6 months.
