Cyclophilin B (PPIB), sometimes cataloged as SCYLP, is a peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase anchored in the endoplasmic reticulum. The enzyme catalyzes the isomerization of proline-containing peptide bonds and assists in folding of procollagen chains, while also serving as a binding partner for cyclosporine A.
