Human Cyclin Dependent Kinase 6 (CDK6) ELISA Kit

Built around the cell-cycle regulator cyclin-dependent kinase 6, this ELISA quantifies CDK6 protein in tissue homogenates and other research samples, supporting studies of G1/S-phase transition, retinoblastoma protein (pRb) phosphorylation, and cyclin D partnership dynamics. Researchers in oncology, hematology, and cell-cycle biology use it to profile CDK6 expression in glioblastoma, breast carcinoma, melanoma, and B-lymphoid malignancies, where CDK6 overactivity or amplification drives unchecked proliferation. The kit is supplied as a microplate and is for research use only, intended for in vitro measurement of human CDK6.
