Human Cyclin-dependent kinase 16 (CDK16) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human cyclin-dependent kinase 16 (CDK16) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and detects natural and recombinant human CDK16 using a colorimetric detection method. CDK16 is a member of the cyclin-dependent kinase family involved in vesicle-mediated transport, exocytosis, growth hormone release, spermatogenesis, neuron differentiation and insulin secretion, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer and neurological disorders.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.084 ng/mL. Reported linearity values across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 (N=5) include: serum 100–109%, 92–105%, 109–119%, 85–95%; EDTA plasma 97–106%, 98–108%, 102–114%, 97–107%; and heparin plasma 101–111%, 84–96%, 81–91%, 106–116%.
