Human Cyclin-dependent kinase 12 (CDK12) ELISA Kit

The kit has a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 34pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported as 4.9% and inter-assay CV as 8.5%. Linearity was validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with serum values ranging 84-112%, EDTA plasma ranging 91-118%, and heparin plasma ranging 86-107% across dilutions. Recovery averages 93% (range 87-99%) for serum and 95% (range 89-101%) for plasma. CDK12 is a Ser/Thr protein kinase that phosphorylates the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II, regulating transcription elongation, DNA repair, RNA splicing, and MAP kinase activity.
