Human Cyclin D2 (CCND2) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of cyclin D2, a regulatory partner of CDK4 and CDK6 that drives the G1 to S phase transition and is examined across germ cell development, neurogenesis, and oncogenesis in ovarian, testicular, and breast tissues. The assay has been validated with tissue homogenates and cell lysates from human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting in vitro experiments, primary tissue extracts, and xenograft-derived material. Reagents are supplied in a microplate format with 96 assays per kit, and the absorbance-based readout is captured on a standard plate reader. Unopened components should be refrigerated; reconstituted standards and working antibody solutions should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw degradation.
