Human Cyclic AMP-dependent transcription factor ATF-1 (ATF1) ELISA Kit

ATF1 is a CRE-binding transcription factor of the leucine zipper family that regulates gene expression downstream of cyclic AMP signalling and is implicated in cellular growth, differentiation and stress response. The kit reports a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.84pg/mL, with intra-assay precision of 6.1% and inter-assay precision of 7.4%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, and recovery in serum and plasma averages 96% and 98% respectively.
