Human CXCR7/RDC-1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of CXCR7 (RDC-1) in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a colorimetric double-antibody sandwich format with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

CXCR7 is a chemokine receptor involved in cell signalling and migration, with established roles in inflammation, immune response, and cancer progression. The kit is intended for research into these physiological and pathological processes and the development of targeted therapies.

Validated performance data: linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 92–104%, 84–99%, and 88–98% for serum (n=5); 86–104%, 86–101%, and 86–97% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 86–95%, 87–95%, and 85–95% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery ranges are 86–98% (average 91%) for serum, 85–103% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 90–102% (average 96%) for heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
