Human CXCR4 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA built on a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of CXCR4 (C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4) in human samples. The assay is intended for research use only and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. [S1][S2][S3]

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard curve range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Detection is colorimetric: HRP-conjugated streptavidin catalyses a TMB substrate reaction, the blue product is converted to yellow by an acidic stop solution, and absorbance is measured at 450 nm on a microplate reader. Kit components include a pre-coated dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labelled detection antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample, antibody and SABC dilution buffers, wash buffer (25X), stop solution, plate sealers and a technical manual. Bradford reagent is also supplied to enable total protein quantification for sample normalisation. The kit is shipped on ice packs and components are stored at 2–8 °C, avoiding direct light where indicated. [S3]
