Human CXCL9/MIG ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human CXCL9/MIG, also known as Monokine induced by Gamma Interferon (MIG). CXCL9 is a chemokine involved in immune responses, inflammation, and cell migration, and is implicated in autoimmune diseases, viral infections, and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for related research applications.

The assay uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format with a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25 to 2000 pg/mL. It is reactive with human samples, accepting serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Linearity has been validated for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, and recovery ranges are similarly documented for these matrices.

The workflow involves equilibrating reagents and the TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and immediate absorbance measurement at 450 nm after adding the stop solution.
