Human CXCL4/PF4 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, the Human CXCL4/PF4 ELISA Kit is a Sandwich ELISA built on a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of CXCL4/PF4 in human samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CXCL4/PF4 is described as a chemokine implicated in inflammation and immune response regulation, with relevance to cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis, and thrombosis research.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n=5), and recovery ranges with averages are reported for the same three sample types.
