Human CXCL3/GRO gamma ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit designed for the quantitative measurement of human CXCL3 (GRO-gamma). The assay is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CXCL3 is a chemokine involved in inflammation and immune response regulation, recruiting immune cells to sites of inflammation and infection, which makes it a useful biomarker for research into inflammatory conditions, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a measuring range of 7.813–500 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n = 5) is given as 85–104% at 1:2, 89–102% at 1:4 and 87–103% at 1:8, with EDTA plasma (n = 5) at 87–90%, 84–96% and 91–98%, and heparin plasma (n = 5) at 86–95%, 81–94% and 87–99% across the same dilutions. Spike-and-recovery averages are 96% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 95% for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, and absorbance is read at 450 nm after TMB color development.
