Human CXCL2/GRO Beta ELISA Kit

Linearity has been demonstrated for serum (88-104%, 82-91%, 84-99% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8), EDTA plasma (86-104%, 86-98%, 87-93%), and heparin plasma (90-105%, 85-101%, 83-100%), each with n=5. Recovery ranges are 89-105% for serum (average 97%), 87-104% for EDTA plasma (average 98%), and 91-97% for heparin plasma (average 94%).
