Human CXCL16 ELISA Kit

According to the UniProt entry Q9H2A7, CXCL16 is a C-X-C motif chemokine (molecular weight 27,579 Da) that acts as a scavenger receptor on macrophages binding oxidized low density lipoprotein, induces a strong chemotactic response and calcium mobilization, and binds CXCR6/Bonzo; the human ortholog maps to chromosomal location 17p13.
