Human CXCL14 ELISA Kit

CXCL14, also known as breast and kidney-expressed chemokine (BRAK), is a chemokine involved in immune responses and inflammation, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and metabolic syndromes, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a double-antibody sandwich principle and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Reported recovery in serum samples (n=5) was 86-102% with an average of 95%, in EDTA plasma samples (n=5) was 92-105% with an average of 100%, and in heparin plasma samples (n=5) was 86-104% with an average of 98%.
