Human CXCL13/BLC/BCA-1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise quantitative measurement of human CXCL13, also known as B lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC) and B cell-attracting chemokine 1 (BCA-1). CXCL13 is a chemokine that plays a central role in immune responses by attracting B cells to lymphoid organs, and its dysregulation has been associated with autoimmune conditions including rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis, as well as certain cancers.

Using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the assay delivers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measurable range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. It is validated for use with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with documented linearity of approximately 80–104% and recovery averaging 91–95% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices.
