Human CXCL10/IP10 SuperSet ELISA Kit

This DIY ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for the detection of human CXCL10/IP10, also referred to by synonyms including C7, CRG2, CRG-2, gIP-10, IFI10, INP10, IP-10, mob-1, and SCYB10. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use with human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and buffered solutions. It recognizes both natural and recombinant forms of the molecule and shows no cross reactivity with other human molecules.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay range is 6.25 pg/ml - 200 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 5.7 pg/ml. The required sample volume is 100 µl, and the total incubation time from sample to end is 3h45.
