Human CXCL10/IP10 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit uses a double-antibody format for the colorimetric detection of human CXCL10, also known as interferon-gamma-inducible protein 10 (IP10). The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a reported sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a working range of 7.813–500 pg/mL.

The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealers, and a technical manual. The recommended protocol involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, loading standards, samples and a zero control onto pre-coated wells, incubating at 37°C for 90 minutes for antigen binding, adding the biotinylated detection antibody with a 37°C 60-minute incubation, applying HRP-Streptavidin for 30 minutes at 37°C, developing with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after adding stop solution. Components are stored at 2–8°C, with the standard and plate strips also suitable for longer-term storage at –20°C.

CXCL10/IP10 is a chemokine involved in immune responses and inflammation. Elevated levels have been associated with autoimmune disorders, viral infections, and inflammatory conditions. The kit is intended for research applications in immunology, infectious disease, and inflammation.
