Human CXCL-17 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0468)

CXCL-17 (also known as VCC-1 or DMC) is a mucosal chemokine implicated in monocyte and dendritic cell recruitment, mucosal immunity, and tumor angiogenesis. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of human CXCL-17 with a standard curve range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL and a minimum detectable dose of approximately 7.8 pg/mL. Reagents are supplied for a 100 uL sample volume per well and include a precoated microtiter plate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate. The plate is configured for 96 single-use determinations and is intended for research use only.
