Human CX3CR1 (Chemokine C-X3-C-Motif Receptor 1) ELISA Kit (HUES01858)

CX3CR1 is the G-protein coupled receptor for fractalkine (CX3CL1), a chemokine that exists in both membrane-anchored and shed soluble forms. The receptor is most strongly expressed on microglia, NK cells, and selected cytotoxic T-lymphocyte subsets, where it controls adhesion, chemotaxis, and survival signalling relevant to neuroinflammation, vascular biology, and chronic inflammatory disease.

The Assay Genie ELISA kit is configured as a 96 assays microplate format and is intended for research use only. It enables quantitative measurement of human CX3CR1 protein in cell culture supernatants, tissue lysates, and other laboratory specimens, and is used in studies of chemokine receptor biology, immune cell trafficking, and target validation.

Each kit is shipped with all reagents required to run the full plate, and components should be stored refrigerated at the temperature indicated on the certificate of analysis to preserve antibody binding activity and minimise repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
