Human CUB Domain Containing Protein 1 (CDCP1) ELISA Kit

CDCP1 (CUB Domain Containing Protein 1), also known as CD318, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein carrying extracellular CUB domains that mediate protein-protein interactions and influence cell adhesion and migration. Expression of this receptor has been documented in colorectal, lung, pancreatic, and breast cancer tissues and is associated with invasive and metastatic phenotypes in tumor progression studies. This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of human CDCP1 concentrations in research samples derived from tissue homogenates and cell lysates. The microplate format supports 96 individual assays and is intended for in vitro research use only. Reagents should be equilibrated to room temperature before use, and the chromogenic well plate should be shielded from light during color development. Each kit provides a pre-coated well plate along with matched antibody reagents, calibration standards, chromogenic substrate, and wash buffer required to generate a full standard curve.
