Human CT-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0461)

Cardiotrophin-1 (CT-1) belongs to the interleukin-6 cytokine superfamily and was originally characterized as a hypertrophic stimulus for cardiac myocytes. The Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of endogenous human CT-1 across experimental sample matrices using a biotin-streptavidin-HRP enzymatic readout on a pre-coated microplate, with results read on a standard plate reader.

Reported analytical performance includes sensitivity below 9.4 pg/mL and a standard-curve detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with a 100 uL sample volume required per well. Reconstituted standards and the biotinylated detection antibody should be aliquoted and frozen at -20 °C for long-term stability, while the sealed strip wells remain stable when refrigerated until the printed expiration.
