Human CSNK2A2/Casein Kinase 2 alpha 2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human CSNK2A2 ELISA Kit is a sandwich double-antibody immunoassay developed for the precise quantification of Casein Kinase 2 alpha 2 in human samples. Reported linearity in serum is 95–104% (1:2), 85–97% (1:4) and 81–94% (1:8); in EDTA plasma 85–104%, 87–101% and 82–97%; and in heparin plasma 88–105%, 83–99% and 81–99%. Average recovery values are 91% for serum, 98% for EDTA plasma and 97% for heparin plasma.

Detection relies on a colourimetric readout: a biotin-labelled detection antibody is added after primary antigen binding, followed by HRP-streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm immediately after the stop solution is applied. The kit includes an ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, biotin-labelled antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealers and a technical manual.
