Human CRTAM PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0459)

Quantitative measurement of human cytotoxic and regulatory T cell molecule (CRTAM, also known as CD355) is supported by this Assay Genie ELISA Kit, optimized for immunology and tumor immunology research. CRTAM is an immunoglobulin-superfamily member expressed on activated NK cells, CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes, and effector CD4+ T cell populations, where it mediates adhesion through interaction with its ligand CADM1. The 96-assay kit accepts cell culture supernatant alongside plasma and serum specimens, using a standard colorimetric microplate readout. Research applications include characterization of T cell activation states, investigation of antiviral and antitumor immune responses, and screening of candidate therapeutics targeting the CADM1–CRTAM axis.
