CRLF2 forms a functional heterodimer with IL-7 receptor alpha to bind TSLP, activating downstream signaling implicated in allergic inflammation, epithelial barrier dysfunction, and Th2-polarized immune responses. Elevated or rearranged CRLF2 expression is also a recognized molecular feature of high-risk B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia subtypes, making accurate receptor quantification valuable in both immunology and hematological oncology research.

The microplate-based immunoassay is configured for 96 individual determinations per plate and has been validated for human research specimens.
