Human CRLF1 (Cytokine Receptor Like Factor 1) CLIA Kit (HUES00257)

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cytokine Receptor Like Factor 1 (CRLF1), this Sandwich chemiluminescence (CLIA) kit from Assay Genie uses pre-coated micro-plate wells and a biotinylated detection antibody combined with an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. Following substrate addition, wells containing human CRLF1 produce a chemiluminescent signal; the relative light unit (RLU) value is read on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyser and is positively associated with the concentration of human CRLF1 in the sample.

Validated for use with serum, plasma and other biological fluids at a sample volume of 100 µL per well, the assay is completed in 4.5 hours. Performance figures provided by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL, a detection range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL, and intra-assay and inter-assay CV values that are each reported as less than 15%. The kit specifically recognises human CRLF1, and the manufacturer states that no significant cross-reactivity or interference between human CRLF1 and analogues was observed.
