Membrane proteins of the CRIM family regulate BMP, VEGF, and TGF-β signalling during kidney morphogenesis, vascular patterning, and motor neuron differentiation. The Assay Genie immunoassay provides quantitative measurement of human CRIM1 in research samples, supporting studies in renal biology, angiogenesis, and developmental neuroscience.

Supplied as a complete microplate kit, the assay includes a pre-coated antibody plate, lyophilised recombinant CRIM1 standards, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-enzyme conjugate, concentrated wash buffer, chromogenic substrate, and stopping solution. Reagents are provided in quantities sufficient for 96 individual determinations.
