Human CRF2R/Corticotropin Releasing Factor Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human CRF2R (Corticotropin-Releasing Factor Receptor 2) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and a double-antibody sandwich format. Reported sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL with a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

Performance data supplied with the kit include linearity and recovery values across sample matrices. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported for serum (92–103%, 90–100%, 96–104%), EDTA plasma (82–96%, 82–101%, 85–99%) and heparin plasma (81–86%, 81–92%, 80–100%) in each case with n=5.
