Human CRELD2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0450)

CRELD2 (Cysteine-Rich with EGF-Like Domains 2) is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident glycoprotein that is transcriptionally upregulated under ER stress and has attracted interest as a biomarker in studies of cartilage biology, fibrotic remodelling, and congenital cardiac malformations. The Assay Genie PharmaGenie kit enables quantitative measurement of this protein in human specimens, accepting cell culture supernatant, plasma, or serum as input material.

Each kit is supplied in a 96-assay microplate configuration and produces a colorimetric signal readable on a standard plate reader. The 96-format layout supports mid-throughput experimental workflows, and the strip-based wells are configured for single use to prevent carry-over between independent runs.

Investigators working on ER-stress signalling, Kashin-Beck disease cartilage pathology, or cardiac developmental biology use CRELD2 quantification to monitor protein induction across treatment conditions. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be aliquoted and stored frozen; the kit components are intended for research use only. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles beyond a small number of repeats are not recommended, and unused strips should be returned to refrigerated storage in the original pouch with desiccant.
