Quantitative immunoassay for measuring CREB-binding protein (CREBBP), a large multifunctional transcriptional coactivator with intrinsic histone acetyltransferase activity. CREBBP partners with p300 to acetylate histones and numerous transcription factors including p53, c-Myb, and CREB, linking chromatin remodeling to gene expression programs involved in cell growth, DNA damage response, hematopoiesis, and memory formation.

This Assay Genie kit is configured for human sample matrices and uses a colorimetric readout compatible with standard laboratory microplate readers. The assay supports research into CREBBP dysregulation in Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome, acute myeloid leukemia, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, bladder cancer, and other malignancies where altered acetylation signaling or CREBBP mutation status is the research focus.
