Researchers use the microplate format to evaluate CREB1 expression in cell culture and tissue lysates, often investigating phosphorylation at Ser133 that drives downstream gene transcription. Each kit supplies pre-coated wells, detection antibodies, standards, and substrate reagents for 96 determinations. Reconstituted standards and antibodies should be stored frozen at -20°C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while unopened kits remain refrigerated until first use.
