Human Creatine Kinase MM/CKMM ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human Creatine Kinase MM/CKMM ELISA Kit is a sandwich double-antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the quantitative measurement of Human Creatine Kinase MM/CKMM. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target protein, and a biotin–streptavidin–HRP detection workflow generates a colorimetric signal using TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm and analyte concentration is determined against a standard curve.

The kit reacts with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Sensitivity is 0.938 ng/mL and the assay range is 1.563–100 ng/mL. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Validation data show linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions for serum (89–100%, 86–101%, 83–98%), EDTA plasma (84–96%, 81–94%, 89–104%) and heparin plasma (90–104%, 86–101%, 82–100%). Recovery ranges are 86–103% (average 99%) for serum, 86–100% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 89–105% (average 91%) for heparin plasma.
