It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The protocol involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after adding stop solution. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
