CRACC (CD319, also called SLAMF7 or CS1) is a homophilic self-ligand receptor of the SLAM family that regulates NK cell cytotoxicity, B cell proliferation, and plasma cell function, with therapeutic relevance in multiple myeloma research. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is designed to measure soluble CRACC released into human samples, using a microplate format that supports 96 individual determinations with a colorimetric readout.
