Human CRABP2 ELISA Kit

Designed for research use, this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of Cellular Retinoic Acid-Binding Protein 2 (CRABP2) in human samples. The kit employs a double antibody sandwich detection method with colorimetric readout and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a standard curve range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Unopened kits should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. The assay workflow comprises reagent equilibration and plate setup, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes to allow antigen binding, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation for 30 minutes, TMB substrate colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm immediately after addition of stop solution.
