Human CPT1A/Carnitine O-palmitoyltransferase 1, liver isoform ELISA Kit

CPT1A is a key enzyme involved in fatty acid metabolism, particularly the transport of long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria for beta-oxidation, and its dysregulation has been linked to metabolic disorders such as obesity, diabetes, and fatty liver disease.

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL across a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, with reagents stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. The protocol uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin binding, followed by TMB substrate for color development measured at 450 nm.
