The Assay Genie Human CPPED1 ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of calcineurin-like phosphoesterase domain-containing 1 in human research specimens. CPPED1 functions as a serine/threonine phosphatase that has been reported to dephosphorylate Akt, influencing downstream signaling related to glycogen metabolism and cell survival. Altered CPPED1 expression has been documented in breast and gastric cancer investigations, supporting its relevance as a biomarker candidate. The microplate-based kit is supplied with pre-coated wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and color development reagents for standard curve generation. A 100 µL sample volume is added per well, and the assay shows no significant cross-reactivity with homologous calcineurin-family phosphatases.
