Human CPP/Copeptin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human CPP/Copeptin, employing a colorimetric double-antibody format. The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL (1.56-100pmol/L). Linearity for serum (n=5) spans 81-103% across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions, while EDTA plasma spans 81-103% and heparin plasma 81-105%. Recovery averages 99% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma. Unopened components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Copeptin is a biomarker involved in vasopressin release and stress response regulation, with elevated levels linked to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and kidney disorders.
