Human Coxsackievirus and adenovirus receptor (CXADR) ELISA Kit

The kit uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method and is reactive with human samples, with specificity for natural and recombinant human CXADR.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 34 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.7% and inter-assay CV is 9.2%. Linearity in serum (N=5) spans 96-105% to 107-117% across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16; EDTA plasma (N=5) spans 81-90% to 105-114%; heparin plasma (N=5) spans 94-104% to 107-116%. Recovery averages 91% (range 85-97%) for serum and 93% (range 87-99%) for plasma.
