Human COX4I1/Cytochrome c oxidase subunit 4 isoform 1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Human COX4I1 (Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit 4 Isoform 1) concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. Using a double antibody sandwich detection method, the assay is designed for high sensitivity and specificity to support reproducible quantification of COX4I1, a nuclear-encoded subunit of cytochrome c oxidase, the terminal enzyme of the mitochondrial respiratory chain.

Performance characteristics reported by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of 0.094ng/ml and a standard range of 0.156-10ng/ml. Recovery has been evaluated in serum (range 96-102%, average 98%), EDTA plasma (range 87-105%, average 94%), and UFH plasma (range 88-101%, average 94%). Linearity was assessed by serial dilution of spiked samples. Precision is reported as intra-assay CV<8% and inter-assay CV<10%.

The kit is supplied with components for a complete workflow, including a dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, sample/standard dilution buffer, biotin-labelled antibody, antibody dilution buffer, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, and plate sealer.
