Human Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 2 (CRHR2) ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples. It shows high affinity for urocortin (UCN) and also binds CRH, UCN2 and UCN3, activating adenylate cyclase to increase intracellular cAMP levels. The protein is encoded by a gene located at chromosomal position 7p14.3 and has a molecular weight of 47,560 Da.
