Human Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1 (CRHR1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1 (CRHR1), a G-protein coupled receptor implicated in the stress response system and in conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. The kit is reactive with human samples and targets natural and recombinant CRHR1 (UniProt P34998). Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Reported performance figures are a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.11ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.7%, and an inter-assay CV of 6.2%. Linearity has been evaluated across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Reported recovery averages are 103% for serum (range 97-109%) and 105% for plasma (range 99-111%). The kit uses a sandwich ELISA detection format and is for research use only.
