Human Corticoliberin (CRH) ELISA Kit

According to the manufacturer's specification, the detection range is 15.6-1000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 3.9pg/mL. Reported precision is an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 8.9%. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilution factors from 1:2 to 1:16, and recovery is reported as 99% (range 93-105%) for serum and 101% (range 95-107%) for plasma. Specificity is documented for natural and recombinant human corticoliberin.

Corticoliberin is a secreted neuropeptide hormone from the hypothalamus that regulates the release of corticotropin from the pituitary gland and is a central component of the body's stress response system.
