The Human Cortactin ELISA Kit from Assay Genie supports quantitative measurement of CTTN (cortactin), an F-actin-binding protein encoded at chromosome 11q13 and frequently amplified in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and other solid tumors. The microplate assay is intended for research into cytoskeletal remodeling, invadopodia formation, and Src-family kinase signaling, with a sample volume of 100 uL per well. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody remain stable when stored at 4 degrees C, and the lyophilized components can be kept frozen at -20 degrees C for long-term use.
