Human Coronin-1A (CORO1A) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative determination of human Coronin-1A (CORO1A). The assay is intended for the precise quantification of Coronin-1A levels in human samples, with reactivity for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The kit has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.067 ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 4.5% and inter-assay CV of 6.8%. Specificity has been demonstrated for natural and recombinant human Coronin-1A. Recovery in serum averages 95% (range 89–101%) and in plasma averages 97% (range 91–103%). Coronin-1A is a member of the WD repeat coronin family, functioning in cell motility, immune cell activity, and the regulation of phagosome-lysosome fusion in mycobacteria-infected cells. Dysregulation of Coronin-1A has been linked to autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and cancer. For research use only.
