Human Cornulin (CRNN) ELISA Kit

Cornulin, encoded by the CRNN gene, is a calcium-binding protein of the squamous epithelium that has been characterized as a candidate tumor suppressor in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and other stratified tissue contexts. The Assay Genie human CRNN ELISA Kit provides a quantitative plate-based immunoassay for measuring this protein in research samples, configured with a colorimetric readout on a standard microplate and validated for tissue homogenates and cell lysates alongside other crude biological preparations. Each package includes a pre-coated microplate, CRNN protein standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, assay and wash buffers, and TMB substrate sufficient to process one full plate of samples run in duplicate. Reagents are intended for research use only, and the enclosed kit insert lists the recommended sample matrices, standard curve preparation, and assay procedure for laboratory follow-up.
